In-stock orders will be dispatched 2 – 3 working days after payment has been received. For pre-orders or made-to-order products please see the specific product page for dispatch information.

Once dispatched your order can’t be changed so please double-check all your order details. Any issues please email hello@paperhousesdesign.com

Once goods have been despatched you will receive an email stating this, so please make sure the email address you give us is correct. Standard UK Delivery - UK only - Tracked48 Royal Mail - 2 business days after dispatch

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard - UK only - Not signed for or tracked - 2 - 3 business days after dispatch

Special Delivery - 24 hours after dispatch - UK only - Fully tracked + Signature/Photo Royal Mail - 1 business day after dispatch
