What happens if you want to return an order? Well we hope you love what you have ordered but if you are not completely satisfied drop us an email first of all – hello@paperhousesdesign.com – we will try to resolve any issues. If a refunds’ required then we will ask you to send the item back in a resalable condition no later than 7 working days after delivery. We suggest you send items back recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for returned items until they arrive back with us. We also cannot refund any postage costs for returns unless the item is faulty. We will refund the returned items, if they are in a resalable condition, within 30 days. We cannot accept any unauthorised refunds so please email us first.

We are a small independent company and therefore check every item that goes out of the door. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Very occasionally though something may slip by and boom a faulty item has reached its way out or something is damaged in the post. If this happens please send us an email, with pictures, as soon as you get the item. We will replace it or offer you a refund.

If you want to cancel your order before it is dispatched please do so via email as soon as you can. We will reimburse you within 30 days.
